DISTRICT 88 LTD is a premium garment development and manufacturing partner headquartered in Hong Kong (Star House, Tsim Sha Tsui), with China operational hubs in Shanghai and Hangzhou. The company works with international fashion, sportswear, cycling, technical apparel, and swimwear brands.
Our standard MOQ is typically 100 to 300 pieces per style/colorway, depending on design complexity and fabric customization requirements. For custom-milled or proprietary technical textiles, minimums may adjust to fabric mill dye lots. We also support trial capsule runs and iterative sample orders for emerging brands.
Sampling turnaround is generally 7 to 14 business days once tech packs, patterns, and fabrics are confirmed. Bulk manufacturing typically requires 30 to 45 days after the Pre-Production Sample (PPS) has received final client approval, depending on order volume and finishing details.

We source through certified partner mills and facilities adhering to recognized international standards. Available certifications upon request include OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (harmful substance testing), GRS (Global Recycled Standard for recycled polyester and nylon), GOTS for organic cotton, and social compliance audits such as BSCI and Sedex.
